Privacy Policy
How The Library Gentlemen's Club collects, uses and protects your information when you use librarygc.com, reserve a table, or claim a discount pass.
Who we are
The Library Gentlemen's Club ("The Library", "we", "us") operates gentlemen's clubs in Westminster, Anaheim and Redlands, California, and the website librarygc.com. This policy covers the website and the services you reach through it. It is written for guests aged 21 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the site and serve you at the club:
- Discount pass sign-ups. Your full name, email address, mobile number and the night you plan to visit. We use these to issue your ticket, email it to you, and verify it at the door.
- Reservations. When you call a location, our staff may note your name, phone number, party size and the date of your visit to hold a table.
- Website usage. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
- Messages you send us. Anything you include when you contact us by phone, email or social media.
How we use it
- To issue, deliver and verify discount passes, and to enforce the one-pass-per-guest limit.
- To hold and manage table and bottle service reservations.
- To send you your ticket and, if you signed up for them, occasional event invitations and specials. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To comply with the law, including age verification and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a small amount of local storage to remember choices you make, such as dismissing the 21+ notice. Analytics providers may set cookies to measure traffic. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and deliver tickets (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics providers), who may use it only on our instructions; with law enforcement or regulators where the law requires; and in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Retention
Discount pass records are kept for as long as needed to honor the pass and enforce its one-time limit, then deleted or anonymized. Reservation notes are kept for a short period after your visit. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing. California residents also have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The site links to Instagram, Google Maps and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
